Worst experience of my life. Avoid them. Go through conventional financing (banks). Their underwriters and bankers didn’t know half of the stuff they were doing—and this is for single family homes, not some multifamily deals.

I wish nobody be In this kind of situation, Last year 2020 I bought a house and they are my mortgage company, The agreement Was that My yearly total property tax is $7500, we did sign all the paperwork and we had the closing, this year 2021 I received a bill from this company it says I have shortage $3000 on my escrow for 2020, they said property tax increase, but they didn’t say that they did a mistake and I didn’t put $3000 Four mud tax on the disclosure, now they want me to pay $600 extra on my monthly payment because of they mistake, I am ready to go to the court I have all documents approve the agreement, imagine if we don’t pay our bill what’s got to happen, they will take our houses with no mercy so I don’t have mercy on them and I will show them who I am.
