Smoothie King

The girl who greeted me was very nice, but she looked very overwhelmed by the orders placed before me. She still walked me through my order and talked patiently with me. I think Smoothie King should consider putting more than 2 employees together.

They take too long for just one smoothie make , I came once on Friday and Once on Saturday with the same guy worked there . He took my order and didnt make it yet , he stood and waited for others family decided on what they want since he could make my done already. Anyway they need to be trained to acknowledge the speed to complete one smoothie ( which is less than 3 mins)

Walked in not greeted the young lady Shaiy looked back at me then turned around and went to the back. Didnt say Hello or Ill be with you shortly When she came back out she stood at the register and looked at me a few seconds then asked if I was ready to order. Made my drink said Here you go and sat it down the walked off. Not sure what the bad attitude is about terrible service. Was excited to have found a Smoothie King near my sons school but will not be returning. She was RUDE and Ive felt welcomed at other locations not this one. Get another job if you dont like working here.
