We have been clients here for almost 20 years; including through the transition to Dr. Buchanan and staff. Absolutely love everyone of them!! Dr. Buchanan really knows our fur babies in & out, and is not afraid to tell me when she's stumped and researching something (like my cat's current condition). The staff are really like family and treat our babies like their own!

Last time I was there I just got my dog an exam on a mass on his leg. They were reassuring and professional. The staff seemed to handle my dog well and he's not great with strangers. The only reason I don't keep going is I moved and there's another place 5 minutes away from me that's just as good.
Price-wise, it is what it is. Not like it's more expensive then others. It's pretty much what I'd expect for everything they did. They'll work with you if you have certain budget constraints. They'll be honest about what can wait and what shouldn't.

Very caring staff. I have a Shar Pei with several medical issues, and we are working on a plan to alleviate the most recent one. I like that Dr Buchanan does holistic medicine when it is appropriate.
