        Would give zero stars if I could. I order a product that was on back order but they did not tell me. After waiting a month I called them and THEN they said it was on back order but should be back in stock in approx 2 months. After 5 months I call to cancel my order and to get a refund. It took 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get a refund. I would not do business with this company again.

        Ordered b&g 18 inch cable for wand. sent wrong one, had to take a picture to prove it, sent back 24 inch cable, three weeks later no response, Order from a better distributer of pest products this company does not care or follow up
