Very friendly and prompt. Eric came out and handled red wasps just days after I first contacted Sure Shot Pest Control. It is now safe for the roofing crew to come in and do their work with no chance of interference from the wasps (or anything else). Eric also took the time while he was here to educate us about what to look for after his attic and eaves treatment. Absolutely love this company!! I really dislike bugs and ever since we started using Sure Shot we haven't had any problems. If there is ever something we ask Eric to address he does immediately!! Highly recommend this company.
