This is one of the best starbucks in houston. They maintain a communal area. Gives nice area for the customers to gather or students study. It's great to see it's not being sacrificed like others. Scaling down to drive through and pick up orders only.

i come frequently and do work in the lobby and no matter what time of day i come and no matter how busy the cafe is. they always take over 10 minutes to make my drink because they don't have many people working and all they seem to care about are the drive thru customers.

I asked for a straw and the girl said "really" along with a dirty look. I said "oh, I'm sorry I didn't see them". She gave me a look like I was stupid. I was having a really bad day and was looking forward to a vanilla chi tea latte and blueberry scone. Needless to say, I didn't feel any better after my visit there. Oh well.
