I come here very frequently on my lunch break and everything is always perfect. Everyone is very kind! I order online and come in to just grab my stuff and leave because normally I dont like to talk to people, but these people make me feel very comfortable and welcome. I work with dogs so when i come in on my break i know i look busted and stink anywhere else i go people judge me when i come in like that but here nobody judges. Theres a young man who works here I think he started recently because I never seen him before today but he was so kind and helped me find the chocolate covered almonds because they werent at the front and he went out of his way to go get them for me. Love everyone here

Recently, I discovered when you visit a drive through , they do not bring out the tip option.
Perhaps they were being told not to bring out the tip options any longer.
However, this has led to an increase in selling food items to customers that are labeled not for resale.
Yet again, another Starbucks location at Spring Texas and at this location sold to me a food item that should not be sold. My fault , I barely check my order via the drive-through.
The sales rep and person who represents Starbucks that attended to me February 27th, 2024, between 7:23pm - 7:33pm decided it was best sell this food item tagged not for resale to me, and perhaps take the money for herself.
Please do check your Starbucks orders before leaving the drive through.
