April 2023 - decided to give them another try. All new equipment inside and was pleased with the wash, except I find the vertical surface of my truck tailgate doesn't seem to get completely clean. 2022 - Two star review. A few months ago I would have given a 5 star rating. I have been a Platinum customer for years, but finally ended my membership this month. I think they're trying to save money and not providing adequate chemicals. A month ago it smelled like rotten eggs in the car wash and I was left with horrible streaking on my vehicle. I went through a couple weeks later and still have streaks left on my vehicle. I sent an email with my contact information after the first incident, but never received a response.

It's been a while since I have been back here. While the car looked way better than when I got here, I just remember that their detail staff was a little more efficient in the past, I can't deny the convenience of having your car washed for you.
