Mister Car Wash

I just signed up for the monthly plan At the other location nearby spring And was happy to find out this one just opened here. I signed up for the $32 top tier monthly plan and my car looks amazing, very glossy. These drive through car washes are never going to be as good as a good hand wash. But for the convenience, it's great. Especially the price on unlimited with as much as it rains in Houston. My car hadn't been washed in a long time. So my wheels were especially caked on dirty, I ended up paying for a hand wash with a different company prior and now I just wash every few days at Mister for maintenance.

Great location that was easy to get in and out of quickly. My car came out incredibly clean and dry and the vacuums were able to clean up all of the mess left by the kids in the back seats. If you're looking for a high quality car wash in The Woodlands area this is the place to go!

Quick and reasonable car wash experience. No problems with the wash. A young lady approached me to let me know about the unlimited wash promotion. I declined and chose the base wash. She pushed a couple of buttons and I paid with my card. At the end a screen asks if I want to tip. She says, are you leaving me a tip? I said nope. Inserted my card and went on my way. This tipping on everything is ridiculous and unnecessary at this location. The staff does nothing extra for you! Why ask for tips?

Went on 4th of July because the car wash Im a member of happened to be closed. Was met by a young man that discussed with me which wash Id like. Told him I liked that it was opened on holidays and would consider switching. He told me about the different washes which I decided the ultimate wash was the one with the undercarriage high pressure wash. At the end of the transaction he asked me if I wanted to leave a tip so I did. When I went around to enter the wash he guided me in, but didnt use the high pressure washer to spray the wheels or wheel wells and no bug remover (pretty standard practice). So what was the tip for??? Explaining what I already read on the screen? Once I made it out of the wash I went to use the vacuum and remove the leftover water, there are no towels or sprays and the vacuum pressure is subpar. I also noticed the wheels and undercarriage were still filthy and did not hear any water underneath the car when in the wash. For $32 a month this is pretty steep for this level of service and there is no multi-car discount. For this reason, I wont be back. 2 stars because its at least a convenient location
