Okay so let me start by saying I really love living here. Idk as a single woman I feel pretty safe (even though im always on edge and would be anywhere). I love Tay in the office. Shes so sweet, always handles any issue with grace. Ive never had a bad experience with management. They get to maintenance issues fairly quick. I love how my packages are never stolen from my porch (knock on wood) no matter how long of a day ive had. Havent seen not ONE bug in my unit so thats a plus. I love that fr. Overall ive lived here about 5 months now and if I remain in Houston ill be renewing. Stay here, its very good for the price you pay and I love the way the apartments are set up. Good starter apartment for me.

Update: We moved in in March and its May and we absolutely love this place. Very few bugs, everyones pretty quiet, and front office is nice. Only complaint is that people dont like picking up their dogs poop, so be careful. Just went here today to tour an apartment for me and my bf, and were very pleased! The apartments themselves are very nicely updated, quiet, and just what were looking for! Tay was very helpful and made me feel right at home, cracking jokes and answered every question. Applying here ASAP! :)

Its such a clean and nice apartment complex! The office ladies are so kind and helpful. They showed me the property and everything included. Had an amazing gym and pool as well! Me and my partner really enjoyed our tour there and i am looking forward to signing my lease there soon! Highly recommend for anyone whos looking for a nice and beautiful place to live.
