    My experience with Brenda has been nothing short of exceptional. Its easy to see she is someone who values customer service and is all about integrity. This team is lucky to have someone like her on board. She really does make a difference in the environment. I previously shared of a negative experience here, but I have changed my review entirely. Brenda went above and beyond for us, making sure we were taken care of and showing us a lot of sympathy and understanding. Thank you Brenda for all you did for us.

    I booked a unit through airbnb, we paid $3,874.05 for 31 nights! Extremely pricey. we were told that it was a new unit, with no issues per the host. Being on the property from the 7th- the 28th of march we encountered poor maintenance work and hazardous issues not only was maintenance and property management in and out of the unit almost every day, the issue was never taken care of. We left the property.3/28/24 and the work was never done. They had us in this unit with rotting wood, black mold growing in the ceiling and around the tub, leaking drain, electrical issues, as well as moly toxic fumes, and whatever chemicals were used treat the area. I would be cautious if booking a unit at this location or even if youre seeking to rent as a permanent residence the property looks beautiful, but theres always those dirty secrets that try to get covered up. I am trying to handle my refund, but the host at this location is not trying to do right on his part.. we have 3 daughters, two of them which were special needs; a 2 year old toddler and a teenager, our service animal also stayed with us as well, we try to take care of the place better than what we found it and it honestly is a disheartening experience with the property, and the Airbnb host that has multiple listings at this property. Also the unit we booked was not even what the Airbnb host advertised, they advertised a nice unit, but the pictures did not match, put us in a faulty unit. When a maintenance man came to the unit, he disclosed that property manager told him just to look, but not to do any work..

    Please consider this my 60 day notice. Im only being offered 6 months free carport after spending thousands to save my dogs life due to poorly kept grounds, incomplete gym equipment causing me to need to get my own monthly gym membership, maintenance refusing to replace my stove top, refusing to replace my microwave, leaving hornets nests that house hundreds unattended, hallways not being cleaned even upon request, and COMPLETE neglect for customer service from management causing me to need to pay top dollar for rent as I couldnt contact anyone to submit my 60 day notice on time; is honestly a slap in the face. If thats the length at which the loyal tenants are cared for then Im happy to leave and take my business elsewhere.
