Woodland Pines

Im going preface this by saying this has been a phenomenal place to live. Neighbors are great, mostly quiet at night. My review is solely from the poor handling of a major emergency in our unit. There is leaking water coming from in between the walls of the bathroom and AC closet and possibly between the floor and our ceiling of the unit above us. Paint is bubbling off the wall. Mold has formed in the ac closet. I suspect this has been an on going issue that wasnt noticed until it was too late. Called emergency line this morning when noticing the issue. No answer. Called office at 9am when they open. No answer. Roommate(fiance) goes up there. Told it will be put on the books and someone will get to it today. Thats was 9am. Its now almost 12:00pm. Called them and told it will be gotten to by end of day. They are calling maintenance to escalate. This is unacceptable. You have a leaking water problem that could comprise the safety of all this in the building. I understand you have other maintenance tasks but this should have been moved to the top of the list. Update: 12:15pm 4/9 Maintenance came by with a new AC filter. Which is not the problem. Spoke with office again to find out they just put leak - above AC/roof Update: 12:33pm 4/9 problem is being address. Going forward this company needs to look at having better maintenance system. There is no system in place for an emergency service request. Changing review back to 4 stars. We will know more after the wall repair.

These apartments are the best. From the grade A maintenance team, the abundance of amenities, to the unforgettable leasing staff. Especially Donna! I could not have asked for a better situation!

It is a very nice place, the people are very friendly, the facilities are beautiful and comfortable, the employees are also very helpful.

Jess, Sam and Donna are amazing!!!! If you need a place stay, these ladies will make a way. If you need a place to rest. Woodland Pines is the best!!!!
