Came in early last week & spoke w/ Fernanda who stopped what she was doing to assist me w/ my apartment search, she showed me around the property & a unit that I liked very much, she was very professional & made sure she answered all my questions, this will be the next place I call home, I dont know if youll see this but thank you Fernanda, I think this was your name

I came here to visit my grandkids and i agree With the rest of these horrible reviews. My son showed me all the request they put in to maintain showed me everything that was messed up around his apartment. These people seem like they putting fake reviews after the fact they threw out a family of 6 where no place to go. I met That family while my stay with my son. And if you keep reading the reviews they not the first family they did that too. Dont rent here unless you dont care about an AC always going out, the trash is never picked up and always full, dog poop every where and they easily throw you out. My son cant wait to get out his lease! Two employees added review dont believe below positive reviews

I have been living here for almost 2 years with my family. We can see ourselves living here for many more years. Highly recommend Waterstone Apartments!
