I have hired Southlake Concierge twice for extremely important event. She was so easy to reach, listened to all my wants and needs and offered suggestions to make my events even better. Her staff were here day of events to make sure all was handled so I didnt have to. I would hands down recommend their company! Top notch service

Words cant express the level of service Wendy provided. I had a planned trip for a special occasion and my flight was cancelled. I got in touch with Wendy and she was able to secure a gift, prepare it for the occasion and hand deliver it before the start of the event in my absence. She even tried to get video of the event for me which was not asked of her. I am beyond thankful for her assistance and willingness to assist.

I am super impressed with Wendy's quick response in getting the 2 baskets made within 48 hours. I called her about lunchtime on Thursday and I picked them up on Saturday morning. The items were so pretty and my cousin and niece just loved the baskets and their contents. Thank you Wendy for making it so easy for me! You made beautiful baskets and I will most certainly be using your services again!

Wendy and her team have been phenomenal!! The experience was so easy and seamless and they made an amazing basket for our friend, delivered it on time and made it super special! Will definitely be using their services again .
