We had our investment property on the market with another agent for quite sometime. Our carpet guy suggested that we give Realtor Chris Hall a call. We are so thankful that we did. His team took professional photos and video of our property and got it back on the market quickly for us. Angela even addressed a landscaping violation from the HOA that we received while previously listed and saw to it that we did not receive any other violations while we were under contract. In less than 2 weeks, we had a contract executed and scheduled for a quick close! W hile the title company pulled title information, we were informed that Quicken Loans had drafted our deed and filed it incorrectly after a re-fi that was done several years ago. This title issue extended our closing until the correct documents were filed. After little to no progress with obtaining the necessary paperwork by the title company, Angela took over and owned the situation. She was on the phone with multiple parties daily, she spent hours talking to our lender, and demanded updates from responsible parties daily in order to keep our file as a top priority. After 8 WEEKS of being under contract (and multiple closing date extensions), Angela was able to finally get the release from the lender that she asked for 45 days prior. The title company was able to close us the following business day. We are so thankful for the professionalism that Chris Hall exhumes, we were very impressed with is pricing and marketing strategies, we really appreciate Angela taking over tasks that most agents and their teams wouldnt own up to. Without their efforts, and without them going above and beyond, wed probably still be going around and around with our lender to try and resolve the title nightmare. Angela even made sure that our other investment properties were addressed in this issue so that if/when we go to sell them, this will not hinder a future closing. I look forward to working with Chris, Angela and his team again in the future and I hope that you decide to hire Chris Hall to sell your home!

We decided to use Chris after seeing him sell a number of homes in our area. We interviewed a handful of Realtors and we decided to go with Chris even though he wasn't the cheapest. Other agents were willing to reduce their commissions. In the long run we were very happy that we decided to go with Chris. We were extremely impressed with his marketing and pricing strategy, and we can tell that we were working with the real professional. Before his professional photographer came out to take photos he went through the home, vacuumed and moved items around so the home would photo the best it could. From day one Chris set our expectations properly. We had pre-planned price reductions when/if they were needed and we knew what was going to happen before it happened. After our home went under contract we ran into some hurdles in regards to needing to get a roof replaced. Chris and Angela were able to assist us the whole way through and walk us through step-by-step. We were able to close our home before the roof was done and Chris and Angela handled the whole process of getting the roof replaced after closing. Chris and Angela were amazing to work with. I would recommend anyone hire Realtor Chris Hall!

In 2018, my husband and I purchased and built a new home through Darling. Chris did an outstanding job representing our best interests and guiding us through the new construction process. He attended all meetings with the builder and worked to ensure everything was going as planned. He negotiated additional design gallery credits and showed us areas where we should ask for more and where it made sense to upgrade. He was always available, attentive and responsive and made the process easy and fun. When my husbands parents relocated to the DFW area, Chris helped identify the perfect rental home for them, was available to take them to multiple properties, and helped negotiate and finalize the lease documents for them. If you are looking for a home to rent, buy, or build in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we highly recommend Chris Hall.

Chris was a fantastic agent for us. From the very beginning, the process was very comfortable for us as Chris has a great down to earth personality. Chris immediately provided his advice to us for staging our house correctly. He then aggressively setup an open house and we did get our house sold in a quick manner. On the buying side, Chris setup a buyer's consultation that was very informative and helped get us started in the right direction. During the buying phase, Chris responded very quickly to us every day, and was available for walkthroughs everyday that we requested one (even just a few hours of advanced notice). Overall, Chris is a fantastic agent who will work for you and he has a great personality and will keep you informed every step of the way! Highly recommended!
