Courtyard by Marriott South Padre Island

We had a beautiful rehearsal dinner. Selena helped us throughout the entire process from the organization to the day of, and once everyone had their meals. We would like to recognize her, Jose and Jesus the Restaurant Manager. We had an unfortunate turn of events where my fiancs family from Chicago didnt make their connecting flight. After a long day of traveling, Jesus was able to help us get a hot meal to our family. This was such an incredible thing he did and truly touched our hearts. This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Thank you to all of the staff who made this possible.

Hotel management and staff are excellent. Nice job! It's a great place to watch a sunrise and they have fireworks every Friday and Saturday during the summer.

Perfect place to stay. Food was good at the pool bar for day and by night the restaurant was great. Excellent French onion soup! The room was clean and spacious. The pool was great on the breezy days or when we needed a break from the beach. Highly recommend!

I wish I remembered the name of the delightful front desk agent that checked me in but she was very welcoming. She was knowledgeable & made the check in process smooth. I do wish the outdoor seating by the beach was complimentary but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Decent hotel. Overall quiet. Avoid the pool (its okay looking). However, my nephew & another little girl both cut their foot on glass that was somewhere on the right side of the pool. There were no real accommodations either, just a water, caprisun, & bandages; An incident report was taken. If you want a beach view balcony, dont book anything about the Bay View (AC roof unit, parking lot & street view). Speaking of parking: very limited on premises parking, the overflow lot across the street gets filled fast too depending on what day youre here. Dont bother using the app to get more towels sent to your room. Its been over 3 hours since my request & no one has responded. Overall, it is definitely overpriced. Just stay at Holiday Inn.
