Comfort Inn

I checked in at around 9pm with a family of 5. The room was advertised as having two double beds and a sofa bed. However upon arrival I was told that there was no bedding for the sofa bed. When I pointed out that I had booked for 5 people, and needed the sofa bed, I was told that I had checked in too late. I asked for bedding from unsold rooms, and was told that all the rooms were sold. I then showed them that there were still rooms available online, and they then changed their story to that they weren't allowed to give bedding from other rooms. They claimed to have contacted their manager by text message, but said the she would not respond to such trivial matters. I then had to listen to a number of excuses, including that the manager doesn't get paid enough, that they are on an island with few resources, that my booking price was below average, that it costs them $10 to have a sheet laundered, that the owners don't care and that they don't know how many guests are going to turn up. Overall I was disgusted by the attitude of the staff, and the manager who refused to answer the messages. The staff also took a copy of my ID and back of my credit card (with the security code) without asking my permission and left it in a folder just under the front counter. I did however manage to get the staff to give me the copy when I left. If you do stay here, and have any problems, you can expect plenty of excuses, but no help from the staff.

The Hotel is good. The only thing missing is a bathroom in the pool so we have to swim in the pool? It makes me very dirty

I couldn't decide where to stay so I just based my decision off of reviews. Comfort inn was clean, service was great, breakfast was good and conveniently located. Will stay here again.
