Blue Bay Inn and Suites

Service was HORRIBLE and rude - they advertise they serve breakfast but in reality they just offer coffee and toast! The swimming pool looked dirty ( dark fungi at bottom) . We will not return.

Okay that was a nightmare hotel, first the AC didn't work while we were there, you couldn't open the window because a fall down in top of you, I want it to used the stove and u need special kitchen pan and the say they will send one to the room and I'm still waiting for it, of course I'm at my home now thank God. The parking was not enough for everyone. No, I will never recommend it . Also, in the middle of the night, I felt someone touching my face, and I saw a shadow, I didn't know what a was by I screamed and my dogs star barking. Management was terrible.

They dont give extra towels. Service was horrible, and rude. The hot tub doesnt even work, who ever is making these 5 star reviews are either the coworkers or getting paid. Stay away from this place . Over prices for nothing

My Experience at Blue Bay was amazing ....from the best customer service I ever had **SPECIALLY STACEY...SHE'S AMAZINGLY UPBEAT AND VERY PERSONABLE** the rooms were cozy and comfortable and very clean....the atmosphere was definitely something to write home about..the location is great for anything you may want to do or to cater to your needs.. it's located right off the beach so not a long walk at all to get to it !! if I could give Blue Bay more than 5 's I totally would!! I highly recommend staying here from the staff to the atmosphere....Blue Bay is a great place to bring the family or just have a personal solo get away...
