The manager here is the worst I have ever dealt with. The service was so bad we never want to come back to this location again. He was extremely disrespectful to my wife. And changed fees for the smallest things. You might as well spend a little more and stay somewhere else because you will end up spending that here anyways. If it wasn't for the disrespect and money grab any way they could then this place would be nice.we have stayed here multiple times and the manager has been incredibly rude every time.

Not as bad as people say, you get what you pay for, dont get your expectations too high. We booked around 20 rooms as a group. Sheets were clean, towels too. Yes its outdated, yes some things would need care, but overall not the nasty experience described in all the other reviews. Perfect if you want a cheap place to crash and dont have high standards, the bed can support your drunken body. Drink water, put sunscreen, tell your mom you love her.

This place will double charge customers at Christmas time. I can't imagine being so desperate for money that you deceitfully deny changing a reservation and that you think its okay to treat people with such rudeness. I guess enough people roll thru SPI during the summer that he knows he can be as rude as he wants and that there will be more travelers that don't know he's such a scumbag.
