        Had a great experience today. Went in for a nice watch for my wife. Fortunately, there was a great sale so i was able to get 2 for her. The sales associate was extremely warm, personable and helpful. The prices are way better than at jewelry stores at the mall. Worth the trip to San Marcos.

        Very poor service. We waited 30 minutes but no one came to acknowledge. The customers that came after us got the service before us. It was very disorganized and disappointing. Please do not go to this store unless you have plenty of time to waste.
