Have stayed at this location many times when visiting family. Rooms are spacey, clean and large. Complimentary breakfast came in handy. Walking distance to other eateries. Im always cold but the blankets and the shower water were warm the way I like it. My wife likes the Texas waffles. Very safe location.
Safety: Always felt safe.

We have stayed here several times and this will probably be the last. Hotel has gone down hill fast. Toilet leaked, no hot water, need pillows for guest staying on the couch and they said to come down and get them, and needed more towels and they told us to come down to the desk and pick some up. Forgot to mention the phone also didnt work in the room. Very sad

This has been the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. I have multiple complaints. 1. People are CONSTANTLY slamming their doors late at night and no one says anything. Not the hotels fault but they could at least tell them to be mindful of others. 2. Theres no hot water. 3. I asked for my trash to be taken out while I was and it was never taken out. 4. The maintenance guy walks around barefoot and is creepy. He came into my room with no shoes on and pajama pants on to fix my tv. I was also walking out of my room and he went out of his way to scare me. 5. The construction around here is awful. 6. The third floor smells awful. To the point where my friends had to change floors.
The only positive I have is the bed is comfy and the temperature in the room was great. That doesnt make the negatives go away. I honestly am disappointed in Comfort Suites. I usually stay with them for travel and now Im questioning if I ever will again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Terrible Service
I drove 2.5 hrs From Houston arrived at 5:30pm, I planned a Valentines Day for my girl. I arrived to an extremely Hot Room. I asked the front desk to come up and fix A/C , that didnt fix the solution. I informed the front desk once more it was still very hot. He then sent up the maintenance guy, at roughly 8pm. The maintenance measured the temperature and it was 84F. The front desk said that it was 100% occupied and no other rooms were available. Its going on about 3 hrs now with no A/C. Around 8:30-9 Maintenance (mysteriously) found a A/C from another room. ( which they recently said was 100% occupants half an hour ago. By this time its 4 hours roughly with No A/C for my girls Valentines Day, we are both sweating like slaves in this room. 9:30pm the maintenance Repairs the AC after about 4.5 hrs without A/C. I talked to the front desk about the inconvenience of me having to continuously come back-and-forth to the front desk. I asked the front desk to reimburse me or compensate me in some form of manner over the night because I paid full price for a night, but only received 2 1/2 hours worth of air. He refused to discount me and said that the GM would reach out to me days later the GM still never reached out. Attached is a video of the room for Valentines with my Girl on FEB 16,2024 . NO A/C From 5:30pm -9:30pm and didnt want to provide me some type of reimbursement or discount for that night.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
