I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott in San Marcos and I must say, the hospitality provided by employees Richard Williams and Jeanetta Frazier truly exemplifies the true definition of Texas hospitality and professionalism.
From the moment I arrived, Richard and Jeanetta went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Richard greeted me with a warm smile and made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. He was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs, making sure that I had a pleasant experience during my time at the hotel.
Jeanetta, on the other hand, was a true gem. She was extremely friendly and welcoming, always going out of her way to make sure that I felt at home. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service was truly remarkable, and I was blown away by her hospitality throughout my stay.
Overall, my experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott in San Marcos was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality provided by Richard Williams and Jeanetta Frazier. Noisiest hotel I have ever been in. Staff was great location seems great until you try to relax.
Walkability: Easy river walk and convenient center

Really nice rooms and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my week there. The breakfast was also worth getting up for. Lots of variety and plenty of space. The pool could be better maintained and the gym has no AC which was a bummer, but other than that I have no complaints.
