        Wow! And I MEAN WOW! I usually dont do reviews but these two women Mrs. Ana (the Property Manager) and Mrs. Alexa (The leasing agent) I tell you they have made an astounding difference in my life here at the Fitz Roy. Ive been living here for the past two years and FINALLY a staff that cares about their property and customers. They take care of all of my needs in an efficient manner. The communication is A+! They welcome me and my family. I truly feel at home here. They just got here and already made a world of a difference.

        I wish I could say that the new team here takes pride into taking care of their tenants. I've had to put the same maintenance requests multiple times just to have them say "they fixed it" or that "there's nothing wrong with it". The oven smokes constantly and the a/c always has a hard time cooling. On top of that there was dog poop on the stairs for weeks. Nice apartments just not sure they are worth the price.

        Editing my review now in April 2024. I liked the place when I moved in summer 2023. However, the new company that bought the place in March is a train wreck. Incompetent at running a complex and massively disrespectful to tenants. The place is falling apart and it has only been a month. Do not move here - its not as nice as it used to be.
