Good at usual maintenance issues, fairly professional under usual circumstances. Poor communication, unprofessional, and not prioritizing tenants' safety during unforeseen circumstances. It was very CLEAR that they prioritize the property, and the financial interests coming from the property. My impression was that they DON'T care about you as tenants or your safety who reside in the property. Very poor instruction or guideline during unforeseen events that threatened our safety in the house. If you are tenants who live in one of the properties that are managed by them, if nothing unusual happens, I think your experience wouldn't be that bad. But if something unexpected happens, it might be a very bad experience to work with them. As a home owner, I wouldn't trust this kind of a company to manage my own property, because they are very poor at hazards management. Don't have any safety instructions to protect the tenants, terrible communication during those events. I also don't want my tenants to be treated the way I was treated by them.

The team at Great Locations Realty, specifically Jennifer, Ashlyn and Sam, were excellent to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. Finding a rental home while out of state is challenging to say the least but once we hooked up with this team, the process was a breeze.

My college age children have rented many apartments in Denton and San Marcos. City Parc has been by far the best experience. The office staff communicate well and treat renters like customers. The apartments are clean and well maintained.

We live remotely from Austin where Rick has managed the rental tasks of my mothers home. Sadly, she is in memory care in Austin. Combined with the effects of Covid it has been assuring to know I don’t have to worry about my mom’s home and all the things that need to be addressed with it’s rental. It’s one less HUGE responsibility I have to manage! I highly recommend Rick and his staff!
