        I highly recommend this auto care shop for your car needs. Staff was very helpful in solving a problem caused by another Firestone store (Firestone Babcock.. read my review on it). He solved my issue in 25 mins; when the other store said it would take at least 2.5-3 hours to even look at my car. All staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They actually pay attention to their customer and their needs and are alway courteous and amicable. Great place over all!

        I walked in asking kindly if they do tire patches and the gentleman Daniel Perez told me yes and that i need to leave my car there and it would be ready before 5pm. I asked if he could check my tire and make sure its fixable before i leave my car there all day and Daniel shook his head no and refused to at least look at my car before i left it there all day for no reason. He rudely declined to help me and at least look at the nail in my tire. I told him that i just called a firestone previously and they said they would look. He then responded with, well than they can look, we cant look here. I then went to a Firestone down the street and they were gald to help and looked at my tire. Honestly Ive never had such rude costumer service at a tire shop. Me and my family have been going here for more than 7 years and even have a credit card with Firestone. Previously the manager Paul was always willing to help. Me and my family will no longer be going here and hope that Daniel Perez is held responsible for his lack of willingness to do the bare minimum and help customers. Usually we have great service but for this review Id rate it a zero if i could
