      image I've been using HRB for years but this was not a good experience at this location. My preparer was extremely unfriendly, rigid and impersonal.... she hid behind a plexiglass wall and kept talking really quiet even after I asked her to speak up a dozen times. I'm sure she's tired and ready for tax season to be done, as I waited till the last week to file, but most of my previous preparers were still very friendly and polite even this late into the season. I ended up going to another store to finish my return. Just wish the customer service was better.
