        Unorganized! They lost my documents and were in such a hurry that they made a massive mistake on my return. I discovered it and had to contact IRS to amend my return. I was owed $700 and I still haven't received it.....because the tax "pro" had no idea what they were doing. Find another location. And because they're seasonal....good luck trying to fix this on your own, they'll be closed once you realize this. But they'll be happy to take your $$$.
