        Drove out to the la Cantera vans store and arrived at 11:15 to a closed store, walked to get coffee and came back around 11:30 to a still dark store. Waited in the shade of the doorway its 89 degrees (Im on crutches and my wife has a baby in the stroller) employee walks by with a handful of food and doesnt acknowledge the very obvious family standing in front of store on his way to presumably the merchant access hallway. Super garbage experience for what should have been a casual shoe buying trip. (After reading other reviews this is a common complaint with this store)
