I rented the vehicle for 6 mile and they. Changed 10 dollars for the gas while I filled one gallon gas with the receipt. They said the gas Guage is not there when I took the vehicle? Seriously how much difference 6 miles can make?

I had a truck reserved a week in advance and they called me 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to tell me that my truck was unavailable and they had no other options. When I asked about other trucks that they had sitting in the lot, they said they were for other reservations. I had movers scheduled to come 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup, and they did nothing to help me with my move. Based on my conversation with them, they knew much earlier that no truck was available but waited until the last second to contact me. This location did absolutely nothing to help me find another truck. I had to call the San Antonio headquarters myself and beg for a truck for more than 20 minutes. This place is completely unprofessional and lacks any kind of integrity and care for customers. I could not be more unimpressed or less satisfied.
