This location never seems to be open. I've tried to go here multiple times during their posted business hours. Every time the doors are locked, even when I see employees inside.

I wish I could give zero stars. Staff was rude to me and my wife. One didn't know how to run the register. The other didn't give me bacon like I requested. Overall bad experience.

There was an entitled customer today. He didn't read the 3 signs that he had passed; stating store policy ; prior to his corporate threat.
Derek however, handled the situation well; trying to work with the customer before the male-Karen halted his sandwich over the counter and stormed off.
This location always provides great service, there can however be an influx of customers around 11:30; due to the AACOG training academy a block away.

The guy making the sandwiches put gloves on then while in the process of making the sandwiches he was scratching his head and then proceeded to touch the food. Absolutely disgusted

Great location and always a helpful and friendly staff.
The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the OPEN sign is never on. Or the SUBWAY sign. It's always off and you wouldn't know if they were still in business or not unless you walked in and someone came walking out from the back.
