        The lay out of the store is great, dirty and very bad service.........

        Waited a solid hour for a sandwich. I am not bashing the employee as she looked like they are a new hire, so I blame her incompetent managers who set her up for hordes of customers alone at hours at a time. I congratulate her for effort as she looked very worried about new customers coming in and thus effecting her work.

        All the staff are so friendly and make my sandwich exactly as I ask. Place is always clean and they do go the extra mile to sanitize and switch gloves before starting a new sandwich. Always greeted when I walk in and greeted with a smile! Thank you.
