      image The people here are antagonizing, rude, disrespectful, very nosy, and have no sense of minding your own business and leaving others alone when they have nothing to do with them, other than to try to get yourself back together and or not be homeless. Or they just camping. The level of antagonization is mind boggling.

If you are referring to fellow campers, we understand that resort-style camping requires everyone to spend time in close proximity to their neighbors. In general, we find our guests to be peaceful and respectful neighbors, and our rules and regulations help to maintain good relationships throughout the property. Please feel free to reach out to our staff to report excessive noise or other rule violations that interfere with your camping experience. If your objection is to the rules themselves, we remind all of our guests that these rules are in place to ensure the safety and peaceful enjoyment of all residents and guests, and they apply to everyone. If you are currently in the resort, please feel free to stop by our office to discuss your concerns and options for resolution. We look forward helping to make your experience a positive one!

      image The place looks nice and has a good location but the insecurity it offers is the best, they steal their belongings themselves and they let you know so that when they steal your belongings you do not claim anything from them because they are not responsible and the rent is not It's not cheap at all, so for what you're going to pay, you can surely find a better place.

      Hi Bryan, We're sorry to hear about your experience. . We take security very seriously and have cameras at our entrance along with security driving through the park from 10pm to 6am, we also have our Ranger driving the park from 3pm to 10pm.       image There is a lot of theft and its an ongoing thing that nothing is ever done. Yes I get it they let you know they are not responsible for things like that but you would think they do something to better their community by hiring security or cameras.they know it goes on cuz they warned you a heads up for the prize ppl pay to park there they should have solved the problem they steal RVs,patio furniture grills anything to connect to the RV anything left out in the open like come on
      Safety: Not safe you dont feel safe leaving belongings including your RV they steal everything its nerve wrecking not wanting to go out and enjoy your vacation to come back to an empty lot you parked on!!!

      Hi Patricia, thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration. We recommend to our guests, not to leave items unattended for more than a few days, as this would then appear as vacated to other residents. We do have camera's at our entrance and we have security driving through the park throughout the night from 10pm to 6am, we also have our Ranger driving the park from 3pm to 10pm. We are additionally looking into ways to further improve in this area.
