My wife and I recently reserved a site at Admirality RV Resort for four nights. Unfortunately, my wife had an unexpected medical emergency that required hospitalization at a local hospital for five nights. The staff at Admirality was very understanding and accommodating due to this unexpected medical emergency and kindly adjusted our reservations to help us through this situation. In addition, this park is very clean, well kept, very quiet, in a great location of San Antonio, and all the staff are wonderful. My wife and I plan to return to this same park on future trips. Thank you Admirality for everything you did to help us through this unexpected medical emergency.

This place is good to stay for a couple of weeks but definitely not for a long stay. The park is pretty clean . They always have water shut offs that are inconvenient. The staff is ok if you are a favored tenant if your not then they hassle you. There is a particular girl up front named Ashley I believe, she loves to go on rampages on email. I understand making announcements through email however there is a professional way to do it she speaks to us like we are children. Unfortunately we are stuck here until my work contract is over !

Admiralty USED to be a nice place, but with this recent management change it leaves a lot to be desired. The interim manager who is there will put his buddies into spots they don't belong in due to RV size and kick people out for getting mad at his buddy coming within inches of taking out the homes AND vehicles of two different families and having to drive fully on other peoples' sites in order to attempt to get into the site they don't belong in. If you have to drive fully on someone else's site to try to fit in a site, you're too big for the site you're trying to get in. If we hadn't been home to move our truck they would have just allowed that guy to hit our stuff and told us directly that the park would not have been responsible for that despite the fact that we followed all the rules and were completely in our site, with no portion of our vehicle in the road. But God forbid you hurt that manager's feelings with bad words when you're mad that your home and vehicle were almost destroyed and you were told that even if there had been a collision the park would refuse responsibility. He'll evict you even when you've had no violations. Furthermore, instead of corporate reviewing the camera footage, they'll just take the manager's word on everything so beware. The interim manager is on a power trip and has a severe Napoleon complex. This park has been going downhill recently. They raise rates, don't improve amenities, and have recently been having issues with homeless people wandering into the park and endangering residents. Now, they did fix some major water issues over the summer so I'll give them that, and they are close to Sea World. Some key things to take in: corporate will never believe you even though they could review their own cameras, the interim manager lies and plays favorites, and the park will never accept responsibility if your personal property (i.e. your RV/home and/or vehicles) is damaged due to their incompetence. Aside from the interim manager, all the other workers are great. Jenn is awesome at the front desk and is extremely personable and helpful. Myra works really hard to keep the park facilities clean and safe. And Oscar works his butt off every single day to help all the residents in the park and bends over backwards all the time to help. Those folks are amazing and I will miss them, but I do not miss the interim manager. I pray that he does not receive the full time manager position. If Quality RV puts that interim manager into the full time manager position, this park will fail.

Have lived here for quite awhile and it has been great. The staff is very caring. Right next to Sea World and perfectly located for Air Force graduations. The only things I would like to suggest would be installing a vehicle entry/exit gate, and hot tub to compliment the pool ;)
