        Really hate to be this person - people w/ multiple passport appts, which we all know are lengthy, one clerk, asked to speak to the Mike (one of the managers) to see if he can assist since there was one clerk, his answer was yeh this is all I got, I cant help & proceeded to walk away. I drive 20mins to this post office & the service was just so horrible. No sense of urgency & no care in the world. I understand that the fact that is busy is out of your control but helping your staff is not.

        This location says it closes at 5:30 but when I arrived at 5:04 they were already closed.

        Fix your hours! Stop saying you close at 5:30 when you close at 5! Wasting peoples time! Update: 12 people in line, one person working, 4 people walking around in the back not doing anything.

        Should be zero stars this place is horrible cant give me a straight answer on where my package is and why it wasnt delivered when they said it was just a complete shambles
