Nico I am very sorry you feel you had a bad experience. I understand you were upset you could not use a Priority Envelope to ship your FEDEX ground package. I did show you where USPS posts disclaimers on their packaging regarding its use which is solely limited to US mail. In addition it is FEDEX policy to enforce those regulations. I did offer to sell you an envelope but you said you would repackage and come back which you did. You returned with a post on your phone that read FEDEX provides free packaging. Many times the merchant you are working with, for your returns, will indicate FEDEX provides free packaging; however, that is limited to Express packages. Your merchant may provide you with a label; the customer shipping the return is responsible for packaging, reuses the packaging the product came in or purchases packaging from the shipping outlet. Again I offered to sell you an envelope which you refused. Because of your superior demeanor I sensed you were not quite convinced so I directed you to the FEDEX Office and indicated they are governed by the same rules. As for shame, to the contrary, I do not feel any shame for running my business according to business standards. You are the one who should feel shame using every method possible to get over including this review. Quite frankly, what I have learned from posts like yours is customers who read them are provided with a learning experience for future reference because many people are not aware of some general business practices in the shipping industry. As for you Nico, I hope you have a good rest of your day and hope your time, travel and effort was well worth a $2 envelope.
