Came into San Antonio for a medical procedure. We stayed at the La Quinta Hotel near the Medical center. Received a flyer from 24th Pizza Shop under the hotel door, so we assumed this was decent food. NOT THE CASE!! We ordered a Club sandwich, it was all bread no meat, they did not put fork, napkin or salad dressing with the salad. And the order of chicken wings was a joke. When I called to let the Pizza shop know how dissatisfied I was with the hour delivery wait and terrible food and asked to speak with a manager, the gal on the phone refused to let me speak with a manager. After 10 minutes of back and forth she finally stated she would refund and it would show in 5-10 mins. Never came thru and had dispute this with my Credit Union.

I had a check chicken Parm sandwich ..bread was toasted ..very good hot sandwich....a friend had fried fish...looked good ..looked fresh ..the fries looked like when it opened up...Now I have to question the validity of some of these bad reviews..rustic neapolition...it's supposed to be sinnged (burnt)...probably getting trolled ..might uodate

Awful and you don't even get your food. They take your money and I had to dispute with my credit card. I went to the place to pick up food and the place was awful and closed!! Never will I purchase again
