Big John's Pizza

Without a doubt the worst pizza and wings. Pizza "crust" was thinner than a handmade tortilla. Sauce? Was there sauce? I don't think so. We could count the pepperoni slices on one hand (for the entire pizza). I don't know what they were trying to do with the wings; I can't describe the sauce as either buffalo (what we ordered) or BBQ sauce. And, we ordered a small of Coke. They brought us a big bottle of Diet Pepsi. And didn't care.

Food cold and ordered thin crust and delivered thick crust semi raw. However staff were friendly.

I ordered a giant pizza and wings for dinner, at 6:30. Was told 45min-1hr wait, ok no problem. So I get there about 7:15-7:20 my order wasn't even ready!!! Definitely was annoying and I understand it was busy because it looked like it but the extra wait time was just super inconvenient. They were apologetic. This isn't the first time we've ordered from here, the pizza was definitely good the first time we ordered which made us want to order again. This time it wasn't that great I don't think we'll be visiting this place again.

PLEASE DONT EAT HERE! I had order food on Friday night (April 5) and never received my food. I called for a refund that same night and was rudely told by a woman to wait for the manager to call me. I called on Saturday (April 6) and was told by the manager that I had to wait for the driver that delivered the food to come in to determine the issue. The manager assured me that he would call me that same day - which I never received. My husband and I showed up in person the next day (April 7) to resolve the issue. We were sickened to our stomachs at the sight of flies swarming us, two employees rolling dough with bare hands and a person in the back room sleeping on a dirty mattress. Ultimately, I highly doubt Ill get my money back, but if I can save others from this mess then I will!
