Marco came back and got a great haircut this time. They were friendly and professional. They cut his hair exactly the way we wanted. Marco is always a little bit nervous, but they made him very comfortable and at ease. We highly recommend The Pooch Pawlor.

Love the way they groom my dog every time. They were very accommodating of scheduling a pick time! Sometimes its hard to get ahold of them but its worth the wait they are great and seem to take care of my pet very well! My favorite groomers, they always do the cut exactly how I ask.

Dont be fooled by their sweet replies about we can learn, etc. These people will waste your time as they did again today. Made the appointment online and nobody told us they werent going to groom my dog again after we left an unfavorable review. They told my daughter that Im not going to get punched in the face again so were not grooming your dog. The more mature and professional thing to have done is to accept the criticism, promise not to waste our precious time again, carefully follow our instructions on how we want our dog to be groomed to begin with, and see how they could make it up to us. You have to EARN good reviews and thats done through offering top notch and good quality service, not by pouting and acting entitled and expect to receive good reviews just because. You have to be willing to serve the public at a high level, eat a rotten sandwich every now and then and accept it, and go beyond the call of duty like so many of us do for our customers. This is what reviews are for: to learn about the experiences people have had in the past with this particular establishment and to make a buying decision accordingly. After reading honest reviews, the public will, in turn, decide whats best for them. Likewise, theyll have to decide whether or not to trust their valuable business to an unprofessional place like the pooch pawlor. Next stopBBB.
