Dotty Pet Grooming Salon

This is the first time I took my mixed Pomeranian to get groomed at Dottys Pet Grooming Salon. In my opinion the groomer did a great job. When I called in advance to inquire I was quoted a price of $75. On my way to pick up my dog I received a text that my balance was $90. I asked why the $15. difference and I was told that I was given an estimate. When I called in advance I explained that my dog weighed 22 pounds. Since I had never been before I asked if the business accepted credit cards. I was told they did. I picked up my dog and I had to go to an ATM because the establishment didnt accept credit cards. I asked about the increase and I was told that I didnt ask the right questions in advance which I disagree with. Legitimate and professional businesses understand that the customer is always right. There are too many other businesses that treat their customers well and accept credit cards for payment. The parking lot was extremely crowded because this place is right next door to a pool hall. I was disappointed with the way I was treated and definitely wouldnt be spending my hard earned money at an establishment that provides such mediocre customer service. Great grooming but lousy customer support. Its hard to believe that any legitimate business wont accept credit cards for payment. Too bad my first experience will be my last. :(

Helpful, good service, they have treated me wonderfully since the entrance to my hair, and their service is very up to date.
