Hi Adrienne! Thank you so much for your honest review and sharing your thoughts! We appreciate the feedback so we can improve. We are truly very sorry that you had a bad experience. The issue you were having with selecting an opportunity in our database is a known issue and we are working behind-the-scenes to address this issue the best that we can. We understand that these hiccups can be frustrating when an organization is going through system updates and improvements, but we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible! On top of working diligently to address these issues, our staff, including Tracy, are working day and night to ensure that all of our programs continue this transition to the new system smoothly and that the thousands of deployed Service Members and Veterans requesting support are receiving the best level of support we can provide. This can be a big job for our small staff and we actually rely heavily on volunteers to help in this process. Lindsay is a volunteer, same as you, and provides support to the best of her ability. Unfortunately, in this instance, since it was a system issue, Lindsay was not able to help because she is not involved in the system transition. Again, we are very sorry to hear of your bad experience, but all of our staff and key volunteers really are doing the best that they can to help propel the organization, those we support, and our volunteers through a major system update/upgrade. We would love to have you continue if it is something you are still interested in being a part of. But we also understand that these hiccups can be frustrating.
