Don't stay here! I had a reservation for a deluxe room with a refrigerator and microwave. When we checked in none were available. So why even take reservations in the first placeif you'renot going to save the room? While talking to the front desk about this another guest came in to check out only minutes after arriving because there were bedbugs in thier room. No cleaning or maid service. We had to go to HEB to buy toilet paper and trash bags because they provide a small 1 gallon trash can that they do not come to clean. Each time you leave your room you get a contact high from all the weed in the air. Each evening there were large groups of men hanging out in the parking lot drinking, smoking, and making noise until after midnight. When my family went out we would take all of our valuables and I made sure to have my EDC on me because they would all stop what they were doing and stare as we got the kids into the car. Enough so that I had my wife get the children in the car as I stood guard because it felt unsafe to turn my back to them to bucket our daughters into the car seats. Safety: Not safe.

One of our rooms stank of something horrendous half covered in perfume and had baby roaches running around. The others are 2 star at best. Cleaning is questionable; definitely fresh sheets but there are obviously marks on all surfaces indicating nothing has been wiped down. Low quality even for a motel 6. Location is convenient but feels mildly unsafe just due to the area in general. Shower is high pressure but low flow, so water needles. And no shampoo is offered which is bizaree. Good news is that the staff are helpful and reasonably friendly. However, I wouldn't come back here even if it was free. Edit: things have gotten worse. Flies coming out of the shower drain in the stinky room. Third room was apparently so noisy last night that my guest couldn't sleep until 2 AM. Avoid at all costs. Safety: The area doesn't feel safe in general, but it is at least well lit.
