If you want to feel like you're buying a used car this is the mortgage company to use. Mason will tell you whatever you want to hear with his fast talk but not follow through. Very bad experience and eventually just had to switch companies.  Don't waste your time.

Of all the folks we came in contact with over the course of this purchase Mr. Bill Elling stands out in our minds as one of the best most professional individuals we had the pleasure of working with. The entire process from the initial consultation over the phone to the closing day we were given the perfect level of service. Any and all questions no matter how trivial or obvious (in hindsight), some of them seem now were answered with patience and care. The entire team we had the pleasure of being served by were helpful and made for a smooth process. Service with the heart of a teacher!
