Going through the process of refinancing my home, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Jeff Motes to help navigate me through it all. Not only was Jeff extremely professional but he was also exceptionally compassionate and down to earth. My circumstances were a little complicated but he made sure I was informed of my options throughout the process and explained in great detail what to expect. If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you for all of your help and guidance Jeff!

I do not recommend this place, I had explained Erica my situation she had told me she was going to put me on the first time home assistance program at the end she didn't and I had to find a way to get the money they were asking for the down-payment luckily my realtor knew about the situation and she was able to get the owner of the house to pay for the other half...I absolutely do not trust this place and when people ask me who was my lender i absolutely tell them I do not recommend this place...and now I get a letter that they recently had a cybersecurity incident that someone might of taken my information, I don't understand how you guys still have my information on your systems

I worked with Jeff Motes to get a home loan and I cannot recommend him enough. He worked hard to help my family get our first home, communicated often and clearly. His guidance was great being a rookie in the home buying process and will be working with him again!

Working with Ana was definately a journey worth taking. She was patient, consistent, and very knowledgable. For someone taking a leap of faith for getting their first home, she was very fast at replying back and helping us. I wasn't the best at keeping my frustrations hidden, because it was hard understanding terms and keeping up with getting a house, wedding, and a new addition to our family. But with a plate full, she was reassuring and still assisted me with any questions or calls. SHE'S THE BEST! We're very grateful for her and her patience answering every question for us.
