World Car Hyundai North Service

This review is for the hardest working employee at World Car Hyndai, Maria Martinez. Every single time I visit this location she is there and working, keeping everything clean and tidy. It does not matter what time of day I'm there, early morning, afternoon, or evening, she's there beautifying the place with a smile. If every other department had her work ethic and attitude they would be #1 in the city.

Worst service department. It's at a point I I need a lawyer because of the issues they have caused. Brought I'n for one issue and then while in their shop the steering goes out and excuse I am getting is because they fixed original starting issue (it would stop then turn off) the steering went out and need all kinds of parts. They have had the car for months with no steering issue then all of a sudden, while still in their care and possession, it has bo steering? But they basically said too bad pay $8000 or it won't drive. The car only has 54000 miles. Here picking up car see pictures of the way they left my car

"PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER AT YOU OWN PERIL" My car has been there waiting to be repaired for over a year. I had to purchase another vehicle from a different manufacturer so that I could have transportation. After taking my car in for service many times for the same issue the dealership stalled until the warranty expired and now wants me to pay for the repairs that they should have made when the car was under warranty. There is a "CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT" pending on Hyundai vehicles, however Hyundai will play the game and drag this out in the courts for as long as possible. Mean while my car is of no use to me sitting there at World Car Hyundai North. Can anyone recommend any legal action I can take to get justice in this case? Talking to the dealership or Hyundai corporate hasn't produced any results as it is apparent that Hyundai doesn't stand behind there products. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS MANUFACTURER OR DEALER AGAIN AND WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING SO TO CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS OR BE DAMNED.
