We loved working with Jennifer! My family was moving from out of state and had to buy site unseen and in a short time frame. She was great! Made sure we got what we wanted and in an area of town that we were looking in! Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Grant and Jen was flawless. We had driven by a house that we thought was perfect and Grant ensured the seller didnt accept any offers before we got to see it. It ended up being our dream home and with Grants expertise we beat out several other (some higher) offers. We felt like we were working with family friends from the very beginning. Despite the busy market and long days Im sure they were working, they made us feel like their priority. We couldnt be happier.

We never thought buying a house during this time would be so fast, easy and actually enjoyable. Not only did Grant find us the house of our dreams but we gained an excellent friendship along the way. Grant is not only the epitome of professionalism, but he is also the definition of a man with high moral character and integrity. As many families are experiencing frustration during their house hunting experience in Texas for a variety of reasons, that was not the case for us. Grant went above and beyond to deliver us an easy, stress free, seamless house hunting/ buying experience by truly listening to our wants and needs. Mr. Bowman searched for houses with every detail we desired and was able to locate several options within a quick time span. His genuine spirit and passion for helping others is apparent in that he cares about each and every family he serves as if they were his own. Grant was in continual contact with options and status/information updates regarding our preferences while keeping our best interest at heart. If he did not think a home was the correct fit for us, he would give us his honest opinion. There was never any question of whether or not we could trust in him. His patience, perseverance and determination to find us our dream home put my family at ease knowing we were taken care of. I have moved a lot in my lifetime and Grant's professionalism, strong moral character and turn around time is immeasurable. Our family will be reaching out to Grant for all of our future housing needs as he helps families find the perfect place to call home. He is a blessing to our family!
