We visited the Iron Cactus on 30Mar, Easter weekend. The River Walk was busy that day but not that bad, yet. Had late lunch. My drink, $9 Sangria (note: make sure to sir it; I didn't realize that it needed a stir when i started drinking it until i got closer to the bottom. That's why i ordered it a 2nd time; which was way better). I also had their Paella (Southwest style), . I like spice and I like the sausage addition to it. They hit it on the mark. My only wish was, I wanted more rice, overall, Fantastic. Can't remember what everyone else ate, I think fajitas. No one had any complaints. They did enjoy the Margaritas there which is the main reason for going. Although, the lime Margaritas were, ok, the swirl Margaritas are the way to go if that's your preference. Enjoy yourselves, cause we did, .
