As patient, I expect to be fed 3 meals a day, at least-!! Twice MY FOOD was not brought to me. 2 dinners And breakfast. Ordered eggs, English muffin, turkey sausage. Delivered no eggs, uncooked sausage, muffin not toasted. This after not receiving dinner night before. Lunch the day before by the time I got it was checken salad , with ONLY a table spoon of meat on 2 pieces of bread. It took them 2.5 hours to bring me a decent sandwich but again. No mayonnaise, no lettuce no onion. Food is uncooked, cold and it doesn't matter what you have ordered, you don't receive what you ordered!!!!

Had an MRI done couple years back. Ran into some billing issues, they said my claim was denied, called my insurance. They wanted to know if my MRI was a result of injury I said no. All good right? Nope! I called them to schedule an MRI and was sent to billing office. I was told my account was in collections and that I owed $1,600 for an unpaid claim. I explained this was taken care of they said no sir you need to pay or we will not see you. I called my insurance company and voila in 30 minutes they emailed me an EOB (explanation of benefits). Low and behold they paid the claim and I had a balance due of $158. Cost me an extra week of my life and had to go to another place for my MRI because I did not want to deal with their crappy billing practices. I will not be visiting this place again.
