Premier Medical Imaging North

I was told after questioning the scheduler , why the bad reviews on Google, they assured me they have all new staff. Upon arriving, the staff was very friendly and professional. Office is welcoming and easy to find. I would certainly come back and recommend.

I'm honestly not sure why there are such bad reviews for PMI North. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The facility was also very clean. I would definitely recommend and return as well if needed.

AVOID! This place never sent my MRI to the doctor. Then when they did it was not able to be read. I had to go get a whole new one done at a different facility. Then they send me a bill for more money 6 months after and the bill has no phone number on it to call. They are frauds.

Ignore the prior reviews, Premier Medical Imaging North is a 5 star facility at 11730 West Ave. Each time I called before appointment, all my questions were answered. When we arrived, JoAnn greeted us. The facility is clean and well organized. Our appointment was on time. This appointment was for my teenage daughter who I wanted to make sure was being taking care of with the utmost care and respect. Bianca, the MRI tech surpassed all expectations. My daughter was comfortable and at ease throughout her MRI. I would go back to Premier without hesitation. This is a top notch facility because JoAnn and Bianca are professional and understand customer service. Thank you!
