        Approximately 3 weeks ago I called Wellmed to make an appointment and spoke to a representative and was able to secure an appointment with a PA. She took all my information down, including my insurance provider and everything was set. Today, one day before my Sept 4th appointment, a representative calls me at noon to inform me that my health insurance is NOT accepted. A complete failure of a medical care facility in managing patient care, perhaps it is a blessing in disguise that I will not be receiving any care from this organization.
