I just attended a C&P exam here for Hearing Loss/ Tinitus with Dr Sepulveda. She was professional and thorough in her testing and easy to talk to. A detailed VA Personal Statement helps greatly in answering her questions so upload to your claim or bring a copy to help move things along.

Came here for a VA appointment. The staff was kind and nice. Dr. Amanda was really nice and listened to me. A great service. I didn't catch the ladies' name up front, but some of the nicest people you would want to know.

I was scheduled through LHI via the VA to attend an appointment here. The staff lacks professionalism and the policies aren't clearly communicated. I walked out of my appointment as I remember that even if I'm a vet, and this is a VA appointment, I have the right to be treated with respect. I walked out and called LHI to file a complaint and a reschedule. You don't have to put up with this. Provide feedback. It's hard to get vets in for appointments but we can't accept this type of care where it seems like they've done the bare minimum to get some federal dollars. - The retired MSgt working behind the desk doesn't communicate vocally. he will point at you and curl his finger in forwards himself motioning for you to approach the desk. Questions result in sarcastic answers that don't address the original question or the professional tone I expect in a medical environment. - There are health screening policies in place but they aren't identified. There was a gentlemen working outside of the office that prevents barrier to the lobby however upon arrival no instructions or greeting are provided. - the clipboard is handed to you, you assume you fill it out, and then they have a non calibrated wireless thermometer that looks like it was stored in the bottom of a melted jolly rancher and electrical tape bag in the Texas sun. don't endure this place if you don't have to my fellow Vets.
